N.C. Bar and Tavern Association asks judge to open up private bars still shut down due to pandemic

The N.C. Business Court will hear a request from the N.C. Bar and Tavern Association for Gov. Roy Cooper to give private bars the same treatment that has been given to private club bars, winery bars, brewery bars, distillery bars and restaurant bars during the coronavirus pandemic.
