The Onslow County Partnership for Children have been increasing literacy for kids in Onslow and have recently reached a milestone number through their efforts.With the agencies help from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (DPIL), they have reached over 20,000 kids by providing books to children under the age of five years old.
