Only a third of buildings damaged are back to pre-Florence status

Onslow County Emergency Services Director Norman Bryson said the county enters different “phases” when dealing with Hurricane Florence and its after-effects.Immediately after Florence, EOS enters a rescue phase, before moving on to an assessment phase, followed by recovery and long-term recovery phases.
