A second crash involving a school bus has been reported this week in Onslow County.Bus 59 from the Richlands district was rear-ended on N.C. 258 near the Duplin County line and Whippoorwill campground Tuesday afternoon, according to Onslow County Schools Chief Communications Officer Brent Anderson.Anderson said 11 students from Richlands Elementary School were on board at the time and 911 was called as a precaution.
