A Peletier man was arrested Wednesday after a body was discovered in a bedroom of his residence.According to a release from the Carteret County Sheriff’s Office, James Raphael Dahlbender, 44, of Bucks Corner Road in Peletier, was arrested just after 3:30 p.m. when deputies made entry into the his home and discovered a male victim deceased.
